Andy Horn: Head Golf Professional

Summer golf tip.

The one basic golf swing fundamental that I see throughout the summer that most golfers do not think or work on is balance. I see so many golfers swing on the first tee and almost fall down. In every sport, you need great balance. You can work on this during your practice swing. Try to finish with your belt buckle facing the target with great balance at the end of your swing, you will hit the ball more solid and straighter. This may sound too simple, but just watch some golf on TV. You will never see a tour pro, men or women, losing their balance during the swing. Good luck and good balance!
